Khrushchev's report to the 21st Congress of the CPSU assign an important role to the further perfection of progressive forms of organization, specialization and integration of industrial production.>/p>>p>The concept advanced in Comrade N. S. Khrushchev's report to the 7th Session of the USSR Supreme Soviet in 1957 on rapid and purposeful combination of similar enterprises in industry will be further pursued in the forthcoming seven-year period. During this period, realization to the fullest degree of all possibilities for the combination of various types of output will be a pressing necessity, due to the significant qualitative changes in the structure of many branches of industry.>/p>
