Gender Based Analysis of Service Reliability of Private Sector Banks

Service reliability is one of the tools to reap the competitive benefit in the banking industry. Gender preference may not be the important factors as far as designing of banking services and their delivery are concern. The present study focus on analyzing the service reliability of the private sector banks with reference to gender preference. The study was conducted on customer of private sector banks to capture their experience with the banks.
