Gestión del conocimiento organizativo, innovación tecnologica y resultados: Una investigación empírica
This paper explores, from a knowledge-based view of the firm, the effect of a set of organizational practices on firm performance, highlighting their grouping into two blocks: practices related to knowledge exploration and those related to knowledge exploitation. After developing an empirical study in a sample of innovative industrial companies, we found that the joint effect of these practices on firm performance is higher than their single consideration. Thus, it suggests a need of establishing strategies that integrate these practices in a common framework with the aim of obtaining synergies and achieving optimal organizational performance.
