It is financial flow from banks, insurance, and investment companies, public or private to sustainable development priorities.The upgraded user development of technology of the 21st century, the investment strategies for green financing are still a far-fetched concept globally. The problem with relation to the green financing and not limited to the investment which are the funds required for the overall market shift and risk related to the investment. The companies should provide the essential investment funds for achieving green technology and zero carbon emission goals by not limiting their existence to mere profit-making with the use of conventional technology having harmful effects on the financial and natural ecosystem. The United Nations have created the Environmental Programme (UNEP) linked to Financial Initiatives to support sustainable financing having its Principles for Sustainable Insurance and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) programs to protect from the social risk in the markets which occur due to uncertain environmental circumstances.The research paper aims to study the working of Green Financing, Green Bonds, and Green Banks across the globe. The problems of the present era and global challenges leading to shifting to green financing as a core of all industrial development with the corporate bodies emphasizing change for sustainable development.
