Heterogeneity in the Allocation of External Public Financing : Evidence from Sub-Saharan African Post-MDRI Countries

This article revisits the evidence on the allocation of external public financing to post-MDRI countries while controlling for heterogeneity across recipient economies through quantile regressions.
