How to Calculate Liquidity Financing for Non-Public Companies

I illustrate a model that uses simple statistical conventions to forecast future financing of the cash conversion cycle. The upper bound of a confidence interval provides the basis for the line-of-credit turnover ratio, and the credit line size. This simple method can easily be used by practitioners who have access to standard historical financial statements
