IInternational Business Relationship Management and Negotiations : Comprehensive Literature Review on Chineese Guanxi, Brazilian Jeitinho and Arabic Wasta
In the era of globalization, people around the world are negotiating with counterparties with different cultural backgrounds more often than ever. It has brought many new things and restored some old needs. Some countries have pale and authentic cultural imitation which differ from western culture. The Chinese Guanxi , Brazilian jeitinho and Arabic Wasta are considered indigenous forms of informal influence. Guanxi, Jeihinto and wasta can have both positive and negative consequences, especially when connected to commercial networks. Each culture is different from each other’s, and their differences lead to different results or perceptions of how these corporate cultures are interpreted in practice.
