Impact of friendship & non friendship on group performance & life satisfaction : The Role of Friends’ Religiosity, Spirituality, and Humanism Along with group size, task independence, and focus

The current article is based on the relationship of friends and nonfriends to group performance and life satisfaction. We will examine under which conditions; performance can be enhanced with their life satisfaction. The framework is developed by using SmartPLS3. For data collection, we have gathered data from 300 respondents through primary data collection and the source for secondary data collection is different articles and publications. The Likert scale is used for the questionnaire calculation. Furthermore, group size, task interdependent, task focus, religiosity, humanism, and spirituality are acting as moderating variables. The results have shown that acquaintance groups perform better than the group of friends. Group size also positively affects their performance. We also found a positive impact of task focus on life satisfaction. The effect of all moderators remained inconclusive
