Impact of Innovation Capabilities on Creation of Competitive Advantages in Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises
The competitive advantages in small and medium - sized enterprises (SME) should be provided by development of dynamic innovative capacity. The significant role in this process is played by the recourses. However, as a practice shows, they are not sufficient conditions to create of innovation capacity. Many cases indicate that high level of recourses equipment can not guarantee market success. It particularly deals with medium enterprises which (despite of high level of recourses) are not able to achieve competitive advantages due to lack of these capacity. In results of this situation, these enterprises are directed to create their absorption and assimilation activities. In fact, there is not a big difference in comparing high levelled innovative companies to others (low level companies) in this point of view. This article is aimed to analyse of the relationships between innovation and competitiveness in the high innovation small and medium enterprises. The research was conducted in group of 57 entitles.
