Impact of Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Factors on Innovative Development of Industry

This study analyses the factors that stimulate innovation during a pandemic and post-pandemic period of socioeconomic development of national systems. The author systematized factors of innovative development of industrial enterprises. The study presents a comparative analysis of the development of research and innovation activities of countries on the example of the Republic of Belarus and its main partners: the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. It proposes a system for assessing the scientific and innovative potential of national systems, on the basis of which countries are analysed. An algorithm has been developed for the development, promotion and implementation of scientific and innovative projects in the real sector of the economy in order to maximize the use of intellectual resources
