Impact of Quality Commitment in the Implementation of Total Quality Management in Hensa 168 Rubber Corporation : A Case Study

Total Quality Management adaptation to this country harnesses a human resource intervention in motivating the organization’s employees in working as a team thus, determining and providing solutions to the quality systems problems. This study aims to assess how the company’s quality commitment may be described in terms of dedication and willingness. And, to identify how may the difficulties they encountered be described. It also aims to determine if there is a significant relationship between the company’s commitment and difficulties they encountered; Is there a significant relationship between its commitment and quality improvement. The researchers used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to analyze the variables and performed ANOVA, Independent Sample T-Test, Linear Regression, and Spearman’s rho to determine the significance of the study and the relationship between the variables. Therefore, it was concluded that quality commitment has a positive impact on TQM implementation.
