Impact of Supply Chain Integration on Firm Performance : Evidence from Manufacturing of Sector of Pakistan

For last few decades, integration of supply chain management is emerging in view of various practices and theories. This paper examines the impact of supply chain integration (internal, supplier, and customer integration) on firm performance (competitive and financial). The research design of this empirical study was cross sectional which collected data from 267 managers working in manufacturing sector of Pakistan. Research hypotheses were tested by using correlation and regression analyses. Internal and supplier integration have shown positive impact on financial performance while a significant impact of customer integration was found on competitive performance. The study discussed research implications, limitations and future directions
