Independent evaluation of the ILO's strategy to increase member States' capacities to develop policies and programmes focused on youth employment

Addresses the relevance, responsiveness, added value, coherence, effectiveness and efficiency of ILO support, as well as internal coordination and management for youth employment in a selection of countries and at the global level. It also takes stock of the scale and content of ILO's work addressing youth employment and identifies useful lessons for future work.
