Design/methodology/approach This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings The results showed that PSU managers do not perceive a difference between the performance measures, but that their ratings do not reflect that differentiation. Instead, they showed a concern for overall performance.
