Industrial Climate for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Union Territory of Puducherry

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been playing a very important role in the fair economic growth of India. Today, there are many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises operating across the country and utilizing available local resources and producing more than 6000 quality products. Hence, the co-operation and collaboration among university Puduvai state industrial department, banks, and financial institutions MSMEs state unit, TCOs and few NGOs have to be explained so as to design and implement a perspective plan for creating an entrepreneurial society in Puduvai, especially tapping the approaches in the service sector. The present study examines the Industrial Climate for MSMEs in Puducherry Union Territory. This study is based on secondary data. It is concluded from the study that the investment made by the entrepreneurs with respect to MSMEs and Large Scale Industry is increasing in nature but the employment opportunity for the people of Puducherry is very meager
