INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS ON THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE TECHNICAL-TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
The article highlights technical-technological development management subsystem of the enterprise. Its relationship with other subsystems of the enterprise is shown. Control subsystem and manageable subsystem of enterprise are allocated. The main subsystems of the enterprise are: personnel, manufacturing, innovation, financial and economic, marketing subsystems. The factors of the internal environment and external environment of the enterprise, microenvironment factors are allocated. The influence degree of internal and external environment factors, microenvironment factors on technical-technological development management subsystem is investigated. The influence of enterprise subsystems on technical-technological development management subsystem is analyzed. Microenvironment factors represent the consumers of the products; suppliers of resources, equipment and materials; business competitors; trade negotiators; contact audience. External environment factors (macro environment) are divided into two groups, with I and II influence levels.
