Influence of intraregional integration processeson socio-economic situation of Central Asia region

The consideration in the article is given to preconditions for integration in Central Asia region and causes for its failures. The principles of intraregional integration in case of this region are described. False stereotypes concerning economic role of Tajikistan are researched. Significant attention is paid to socioeconomic development of Afghanistan, without what full integration in the region is impossible.
