Innovation und Unternehmertum in der VR China
F?r die VR China gilt unzweifelhaft, dass nach der Einleitung der wirtschaftlichen Reformen unter F?hrung von Deng Xiaoping Ende der 1970er Jahre eine rasante wirtschaftliche Entwicklung eingetreten ist. Zwar gibt es nach wie vor enorme Unterschiede zwischen den Entwicklungsniveaus der verschiedenen chinesischen Provinzen und zwischen Land und Stadt. Dennoch ist beobachtbar, dass die VR China im Vergleich zu der Situation vor Beginn der Einleitung der Wirtschaftsreformen wesentliche Fortschritte im Bereich des Lebensstandards machen konnte. Die VR China ist schon lange nicht mehr nur eine verl?ngerte Werkbank der Industrienationen. Auch Hochtechnologie hat bereits Fu? gefasst. Allerdings zeichnet sich auch in der VR China bereits ein Ph?nomen ab, das auch in den entwickelten Industriel?ndern zu beobachten ist. Waren bisher noch die inputlogischen Wachstumsfaktoren Kapital, Arbeit und Rohstoffe die bestimmenden Treiber f?r wirtschaftliches Wachstum, so ersch?pfen sich diesbez?gliche Wachstumsm?glichkeiten. Wissen hat Kapital, Arbeit und Rohstoffen den Rang abgelaufen. Die traditionellen managerdominierten Gro?unternehmen werden gleichzeitig von neu gegr?ndeten Unternehmen herausgefordert. Es ist beobachtbar, dass eine unternehmerische Wirtschaft einer ?managed economy? ?berlegen ist. Gro?e und kapitalstarke Unternehmen mit viel Know-How werden von kleinen, neu gegr?ndeten Unternehmen, die nur ?ber wenig Kapital aber ?ber Visionen verf?gen und innovativ sind, ausman?vriert. Innovationsdynamik im Rahmen der Gr?ndung neuer, innovativer Unternehmen wird deshalb einen zentralen Faktor f?r die Fortsetzung des wirtschaftlichen Aufschwungs spielen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll jedoch nicht ?bewiesen? werden, ob sich die VR China den neuen Herausforderungen, die mit einer Fortsetzung der Entwicklung der Wirtschaft einhergehen werden, auch erfolgreich stellen wird. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll somit auch nicht ?bewiesen? werden, ob sich das eine oder das andere m?gliche Szenario der Zukunft der chinesischen Wirtschaft ereignen wird. Vielmehr werden M?glichkeiten aufgezeigt, den bisher eingeschlagenen erfolgreichen Weg, auf dem sich die chinesische Wirtschaft befindet, weitergehen zu k?nnen. Die herk?mmlichen neoklassisch gepr?gten Ans?tze, die auf optimale Ressourcenallokation setzen, liefern keine hinreichende Erkl?rung daf?r, wie der wirtschaftliche Aufschwung in dem Ma?e fortgesetzt werden kann, wie es von der chinesischen Regierung gew?nscht wird. Ohne die Ber?cksichtigung von Innovationskraft und ihrer Tr?ger ? innovativem Unternehmertum ? laufen Erkl?rungsans?tze f?r wirtschaftliche Entwicklung ins Leere. Es sind entwicklungs- und evolutionslogische Ans?tze, die im Rahmen der Betonung der Relevanz von Innovationen und der Entfaltung unternehmerischer Kompetenzen zu Erkenntnisgewinnen ?ber eine m?gliche Fortsetzung des ?chinesischen Wirtschaftswunders? beitragen k?nnen. Nur wenn sich ein Bewusstsein sowohl in der politischen F?hrung, im Wissenschaftssystem als auch bei den einzelnen Unternehmern selbst ?ber die besondere Relevanz und die Notwendigkeit zur F?rderung innovativ-evolutorischer Unternehmer als Tr?ger wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung entfaltet, wird das Ziel des weiteren wirtschaftlichen Aufschwungs erreicht werden k?nnen.
