Input/Output-Graphen als Instrument einer entscheidungsorientierten Produktionstheorie? Eignung aktivitätsanalytischer Produktions- und praktischer Stoffstromanalysemodelle, dargestellt am Beispiel der Restmüllentsorgung
Die entscheidungstheoretische Erweiterung der Produktionstheorie nach DYCKHOFF stellt auch erweiterte Anforderungen an Input/Output-Graphen als Produktionsmodell zur Abbildung von Prozessstrukturen. Der vorliegende Arbeitsbericht erläutert in seinem ersten Teil die wichtigsten Anforderungen und zeigt am Beispiel der graphischen Modellierung von Restmüllentsorgungsprozessen exemplarisch die Defizite des bestehenden Instrumentariums auf. Die Ausführungen, die unter anderem auf die Abbildung von Objekt- und Prozesseigenschaften, die Erweiterung um Alternativen und Dynamisierungsaspekte und die Beurteilung der Prozesse auf Basis von Präferenzäußerungen und Kennzahlen abzielen, werden abschließend jeweils durch die Präsentation potenzieller Lösungsansätze aus der Literatur ergänzt. Im zweiten Teil des Berichtes wird anschließend geprüft, inwiefern die Abbildung von Prozessstrukturen gemäß dem erstellten Anforderungsprofil durch praxisrelevante Software realisiert werden kann. Als Referenzsoftware dient dabei die Stoffstromanalysesoftware Umberto. Es zeigt sich auch hier, dass einige Anforderungen nicht vollständig umgesetzt werden können.
