Intellectual Capital as An Investment Object
Currently, the success and development of commercial and non-profit organizations in a competitive environment is increasingly dependent on intellectual capital. Modern companies and organizations are increasingly dominated by information, knowledge, and other elements of intellectual capital rather than fixed assets and material reserves. Intellectual capital includes human capital and structural capital, internal and external to the organization. Human capital refers to the totality of knowledge, competencies, and connections that employees of an organization have. Competencies are divided into professional, social (the ability to establish connections within the organization) and business (the ability to establish connections with the external environment). In this article, the main emphasis will be placed on human capital as an intellectual resource. Accordingly, the following theory of organization management will be considered: "organization management based on the theory of human capital".Investments can be made in a variety of intellectual assets: patents, methods, the latest technologies, intellectual property, etc. But if we want to get the best long-term effect from our investment, we must first invest in the company's human resources. After all, human capital itself is the best source of intellectual assets of an organization, since they are generated in accordance with the needs of the company itself
