Investigating the Effect of Management Ability and Gender Diversity on the Company's Financial Performance
the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of managerial ability and gender on the performance of companies. The information obtained in relation to the research variables was entered into an Excel spreadsheet and then analyzed using Eviuse software. The statistical population of this research is based on the method of systematic elimination from among 226 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period from 2012 to 2022. The statistical results did not have enough support to prove the relationship between gender diversity and the ability to manage financial performance. The results obtained were different from the results of foreign researches. It seems that the abundance distribution and the small number of women's presence among the members of the board of directors of the companies from a statistical point of view cannot prove the hypothesis of Peugeot Heshgar. Since the main model of the research was taken from the western researches, it seemed that the results of the research were in line with the western researches, but it did not reach a single and similar result with the western researches. It seems that the lack of records and experiences and the weak presence of women in the management structure of companies is the main reason for the discrepancy between the results of the current research and western research. It is expected that by increasing the presence of women and gaining more management experience in the structure of the board of directors, they will be able to take the helm of successful companies in Iran's economic conditions
