INVESTIGATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETITIVENESS
Out from many theoretical approaches of human nature and activity, interdisciplinary analysed to reveal those major aspects that influence the way people behave in their working environment, I extracted the following defining characteristics of the competitiveness capacity of human resources, that may lead to superior outcomes. For the most representative ones I built adequate measuring and calculating formulas, which are put together in an unitary model that can represent a useful instrument for evaluating the competitiveness of members of a group. In this article I propose a mathematical model for analysing and diagnosing human resources competitiveness in a labour group, based on the synthesis of elementary characteristics of the competitiveness concept and the their quantification. The analysis of the resulted values offers a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of competitive capacity, useful for management to see the position of the company within market, by comparison with others competitors and also to identify difficulties created by human resources in the optimum function of the organization.
