Junge Menschen ohne Berufsabschluss : durch Stärkung der Ausbildungsbeteiligung zu mehr Fachkräften

Rund jeder fünfte junge Erwachsene in Deutschland zwischen 20 und 34 Jahren hat keine Ausbildung. Das bedeutet Nachteile über das gesamte Berufsleben hinweg: Menschen ohne Qualifikation sind häufiger (langzeit-)arbeitslos und verdienen im Durchschnitt weniger als Menschen mit Berufsabschluss. Am Ende ihres Erwerbslebens sind sie häufiger von Altersarmut betroffen. Zudem braucht der deutsche Arbeitsmarkt dringend mehr Fachkräfte. Dieser Bedarf wird sich durch den demografischen Wandel noch erhöhen. Es spricht also alles dafür, Jugendlichen im Rahmen einer Ausbildung zu einem Abschluss zu verhelfen. Wie kann das gelingen?
