Konfliktbedingte Energiepreissteigerungen und Unsicherheiten in den Lieferketten belasten die Logistikbranche

Für deutsche Transport- und Logistikunternehmen hat der Beginn des Krieges in der Ukraine kurzfristig zu einer Zu- nahme der Geschäftsunsicherheit geführt. Einerseits haben die stark gestiegenen Energiepreise die Ertragssituation der Branche stark belastet. Andererseits hat sich die ohnehin an- gespannte Lieferkettensituation weiter verschärft und die Ge- schäftstätigkeit der Branche behindert. Transporte zu Land und in der Luft über Belarus, Russland und der Ukraine sind nicht oder nur eingeschränkt möglich, so dass wichtige Ver- kehrsrouten zwischen Europa und Asien gestört sind. Für die internationalen Seefrachtrouten hingegen ist der Konflikt bislang von geringer Bedeutung. Die von der EU angestrebte Substitution russischer Energieträger dürfte weitreichende Auswirkungen auf die Transportinfrastruktur für Erdöl und Erdgas in Deutschland und Europa nach sich ziehen.
