Konjunktur 2010
Die Weltwirtschaft hat die globale Rezession überstanden und wächst wieder. Zugleich haben sich die Bedingungen auf den Finanzmärkten stabilisiert. Die konjunkturelle Wende wurde zunächst von asiatischen Schwellenländern eingeleitet. Diese haben die Finanzmarktkrise deutlich besser überstanden als auf Basis vergangener Krisen erwartet. Hier zeigen sich verbesserte institutionelle Rahmenbedingungen und die aktive Konjunkturpolitik in den Schwellenländern. Diese hat die Konjunkturprogramme in den großen Industrieländern begleitet und dazu beigetragen, eine Deflationsspirale zu verhindern und die Weltwirtschaft aus der größten Krise seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg herauszuführen. Neben der weltweiten Fiskalpolitik hat auch die Geldpolitik durch schnelles und massives Handeln zur Überwindung der Krise beigetragen: In den großen Währungsräumen wurde in hohem Maße Liquidität bereitgestellt und die Leitzinsen wurden auf historische Tiefststände gesenkt.
