La economía mundial y la resurrección de un discurso
Desde el dominio ejercido por la Economía Política Clásica el mercado ha sido considerado como el supremo asignador eficiente de los recursos y el ordenador de un equilibrio 'natural" tanto en el plano interno como en el plano internacional. Sin embargo, no existe una teoría general que logre demostrar lógicamente la compatibilidad del equilibrio interno en cada país con un equilibrio general internacional.
