La formación y autoformación permanente del maestro primario desde la microuniversidad
Las características de la sociedad contemporánea obligan a la necesaria transformación de las universidades en centros aptos para facilitar la actualización científica, el reentrenamiento de los profesionales, la extensión y difusión como parte importante de su quehacer, para responder a los retos de la globalización y la sociedad del conocimiento. En el caso del profesional cubano de la educación, la formación permanente resulta necesaria para el logro de la aspiración social expresada en la calidad de los conocimientos de los alumnos, del desarrollo de sus habilidades y de su personalidad. Para lograr ese propósito se debe garantizar la formación permanente con énfasis en la autoformación que propicie el desempeño profesional y la formación ideológica de los maestros idóneos, ambas en el contexto de su actividad pedagógica, sobre la base de una concepción científica. En el trabajo se ofrece una visión de este proceso desde los postulados de la escuela histórico-cultural.
