Les contrats à durée déterminée et les coûts de licenciement nuisent-ils à l’embauche stable ?
When there are a great number of variables and only a small number of observations, two-stage least-squares are not practicable. To overcome this problem, KLOEK and MENNES proposed to replace some variables by their principal components. The aim of this paper is to discuss the way to choose linear combinations of the original variables, not necessarily by using principal component analysis.
