Les problématiques mises en œuvre dans l'étude de l'emploi rural : points de repère

Theoretical and methodological difficulties explain the low level of knowledge on rural employment, but political and theoretical reasons are impulsing new research. The author examines the three main logics governing present research : development, spatial distribution of employment, historical approach of territorial diversities. Then, he considers the theoretical renewal suggested by rural employment dynamics and emphizises political implications in the field of economics.
