Liberal Arts as a Model of Effective Education: Experience and Perspectives of Implementation in Russian Higher School
Claimed as solving the accumulated problems in the previous period joining the Bologna process itself has generated more questions than answers. One of the central elements of the process - the system of "credits", designed to maximize the ability of students in the choice of subjects and the sequence of their study - never actually earned. Policy statements of the countries are developing this integrative line, though the emphasis is on the entry of Russian universities in international rankings and publication of Russian scientists - in international citation indexes.
