Limited Liability Partnership in Malaysia : A Corporate Governance Perspective

This paper examines corporate governance issues in the Limited Liability Partnership structure in Malaysia. Although comparable to the company in that the LLP has legal personality, it suffers from a distinctive agency problem due to the lack of separation of ownership and control.
