LITERATURE REVIEW ON CROSS CULTURAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND NEGOTIATIONS, SPECIAL REFERNACE TO KOREA, CHINA AND USA
Due to the rapid globalization that has resulted in global interaction and communication, the growth of international companies, an increasing number of cross-cultural mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of strategic alliances and agreements, intercultural business negotiation has become a major issue in today's business world. As businesses expand globally, multinational businesspeople migrate across the world, reside in multiple countries, work across national lines, and are bilingual and multi-faceted.. This article examines cultural differences between China, the United States, and Korea, as well as how they effect business negotiation, using Hall and Hofstede's cultural dimensions and Salacuse's eleven cultural components that affect business negotiation in international settings. By evaluating scripts from American-Korean and American-Chinese business meetings, linguistic differences between the three cultures are also examined
