Management of the Mental Resources of the Enterprise

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among trans-formational enterprise resource portfolio and mental aspect. An approach to systematization of elemental components of a resource portfolio based on the principles of effective management of the provision of enterprise resources is proposed. The claim that the components of a resource portfolio include components of a vector according to such parameters as mental, client, structural, and human is substantiated.
