Mehr als 25 Jahre nach der Deutschen Einheit nun auch ein einheitliches Rentensystem?

Über 25 Jahre nach der deutschen Wiedervereinigung fußt die Rentenberechnung in Ost- und Westdeutschland noch immer auf unterschiedlichen Kenngrößen. Im Koalitionsvertrag zwischen CDU, CSU und SDP von 2013 haben sich die Regierungsparteien erneut für ein einheitliches Rentenrecht ausgesprochen, welches ab 2020 in Kraft treten soll. Dabei stehen vor allem ein einheitlicher aktueller Rentenwert und die Abschaffung der Höherbewertung der Entgeltpunkte in Ostdeutschland im Mittelpunkt der Diskussion.
