[eng] Health econometrics using micro data: some comments on the French experience. . The purpose of this article is to provide a view of French experience using micro data in the field of health econometrics. Four issues are addressed: moral hazard in demand for medical care, supply-induced demand, hospital optimal size, potential outcomes of prospective payment systems in public hospitals.
