The world of a manager is complicated, complex, confusing and chaotic. Making sense of it requires the ability to synthesize perspectives from different mind-sets into a comprehensible whole. I introduce new holistic framework for organizing, integrating and systematizing our managerial knowledge about organizations, leadership and business: Nine Mind-sets. Each mind-set sees management from its own angle in its own subjectivity. But together, they address the practice of management in a holistic, multidimensional and objective manner. Each mind-set is a different paradigm of thinking, acting and feeling for managers. This paper provides an integral framework for mapping management knowledge and leadership wisdom holistically
