Modeling Construction and Implementation Paths for Organizational Change Processes in Response to Vuca Environments
This study proposes a three-layer conceptual model of organizational change based on Complex Adaptive System theory and examines the effectiveness of organizational change at different levels. The study uses questionnaires to gather data and analyzes it using SmartPLS. The findings show that the effectiveness of organizational change is influenced by a combination of grassroots, middle, and top-level initiatives, and each group is positively associated with the energy of organizational change. The study suggests that the combination of the CAS model and empirical analysis is essential for guiding successful organizational change, with significant social implications by improving the effectiveness of organizational change across different levels. This study is unique in its presentation of influencing factors of organizational change in China within the context of VUCA and provides theoretical support and developmental guidance for organizational change in companies
