Modellprojekte öffentlich geförderte Beschäftigung in NRW: Teilnehmerauswahl und professionelle Begleitung machen den Unterschied
Die 'Modellprojekte öffentlich geförderte Beschäftigung' (ögB) in NRW sind auf die Gruppe besonders arbeitsmarktferner Langzeitarbeitsloser zugeschnitten. Die Projekte wurden seit 2013 implementiert und von Februar 2014 bis September 2015 von einem Forschungsverbund bestehend aus dem IAB und dem Institut für Sozialforschung und Gesellschaftspolitik Köln wissenschaftlich begleitet. Im Fokus des Kurzberichts stehen vier Untersuchungsschwerpunkte: die Auswahl der Geförderten, Einsperreffekte während der Förderung, die pädagogische Begleitung sowie die Entwicklung der gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe unter den Geförderten.
