Modern Methodological Approaches to Strategic Management and Development of Different Types of Cities
This work shows analysis of existing methodological approaches to strategic planning and management of modern cities. The study was able to build the necessary conceptual apparatus to reveal the features of different types of urban development and to develop conceptual approaches to strategic development of these types of cities. Proposed nontraditional data bases and systems of indicators that may be used as in the development and in the evaluation of the implementation of the strategy. The novelty of the expected results of the research is a fundamental approach to the construction and management of the mission of the city "for city residents" or "inhabitants for the city," depending on the size and development.
