MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES USED FOR TRAINEE'S KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT
: In the context of the omnipresence of technology in our quotidian lives, it is normal for educational process to adapt to these new conditions and requirements. Moreover, it is expected that distance education based on Internet technology (in short, e-Learning) will record a great expansion in the coming years, ensuring the opening to a high quality education for each person having Internet access. As the need for continuous training, improvement through training and reconversion are increasing directly with the very rapid technological changes, the development of software capable to assist those needs could become an extremely profitable business in the near future (Filip, 2005). In this paper, trainee's knowledge assessment results obtained after the program completion are statistically analyzed and compared with the results obtained through classic, methods consisting from written tests and practical assessments.
