Nash Equilibrium and Stable Contracts

In the analysis of normal form games that model strategic interactions between individuals, the Nash equilibrium is a significant contribution. However, this concept has some limits: often, it proposes a collective result undesirable by all and in some cases, this equilibrium is not realizable. This proposes two new solution concepts: the notion of m-equilibrium, which allows to improve some pareto-dominated Nash equilibria; and the notion of epsilon-equilibrium, which proposes a solution for some games which do not admit a Nash equilibrium
