National filing requirements for controller BCR (“BCR - C”)

Binding Corporate Rules provide an adequate level of protection for companies which transfer data from the European Economic Area to countries which do not ensure an adequate level of protection. However, data transfers on the basis of BCR may need to be authorised by some national data protection authorities in the EEA. This table intends to provide relevant information with regard to the national requirements of each data protection authority for the granting of authorisation of transfers on the basis of controller BCR(“BCR-C”).
