The global economy is sometimes referred to as a globality, characterized as a totally interconnected marketplace, unhampered by time zones or national boundaries. The proliferation of McDonalds restaurants around the world is an example of globalization; the fact that they adapt their menus to suit local tastes is an example of globalization (also known as internationalization), a combination of globalization and localization.Services and facilities that support day-to-day economic activity. Infrastructure includes roads, electricity, telephone service, and public transportation. Infrastructure has traditionally been provided and maintained by the government. However, some nations are currently experimenting with privatization of some elements of the infrastructure. Natural Resources: they are unaltered gifts of nature. Ex: The water needed to make bread in a bakery. Human Resources: they are physical and mental efforts people use to create goods and services. Ex: the baker who makes bread everyday at the bakery.
