Asserts lumber prices not fixed. - Seattle broker testifies in behalf of Douglas Fir Exploitation Company. - R. D. King, a lumber broker of this city, declared here today to Examiner W. W. Sheppard, in a hearing on charges made by the federal trade commission that the Douglas Fir Exploitation and Export company controlled the prices of lumber by coercion, then he "knew that there was no effort made to fix domestic prices."
