Nuevo Régimen de Insolvencia
La Ley 1116 de 2006 estableció un nuevo régimen legal para enfrentar la crisis del deudor, a través de soluciones novedosas dentro del sistema jurídico colombiano, que recogen en buena medida los aportes de la legislación anterior y las experiencias del derecho extranjero. Su entrada en vigencia deja un gran número de interrogantes sobre su desarrollo, aplicación y consecuencias prácticas, y también abre las puertas a nuevas problemáticas que aún se encuentran en camino de madurar y ser resueltas.
