OBSERVATIONS - The Internet Shopper - Based on a telephone survey, the authors found that Internet shoppers are older and make more money than Internet nonshoppers. Internet shoppers are more convenience seekers, innovative, impulsive, variety seekers, and less risk-averse than Internet nonshoppers are.
