On collaboration system of actors in international cluster network

A definition of the international cluster network concept is given. The main features of this type of network communications are structured. A classification of the transformation stages of the international cluster network interactions is shown. The main structural components of the international cluster network, such as: international cluster and international cluster - network structure are identified. The process of changes in the structure of international intra-cluster network is described, incorporating the five key trends and priorities for development.
