On the Demand for Lotteries in Greece

Estimates of both a traditional demand equation in effective price and a more recent demand equation in jackpots indicate that the Greek operator definitely misprices his product contrary to the existing international evidence on operators pricing more or less correctly their lotteries. According to the evidence the local operator can increase payout to participants and, at the same time, boost his own net revenue
