Open Learning Model

This paper is based on four axis questions that search for possible answers to understand the role of education in the knowledge society. The given questions are: How to upgrade education to respond to the needs of the 21st century? What principles that lead to creating innovative perspective could be added to educational models? How to proactively employ the best technologies to empower learning and knowledge production for human capital development? And Can education keep pace with the exponential growth of technological evolution? This work analyses how networking and collaborative perspective, can add value to the possibility of liberating the learning process from the confines of institutionalized classrooms
