Opening Procurement Markets Internationally : An Update, and the Road Ahead

These papers, presented by Christopher Yukins and Robert Anderson at the West Government Contracts Year in Review Conference (covering 2011), attempt to identify the key trends and issues for 2011 in U.S. federal procurement. The papers, given as part of the "international" session at the conference, discuss key developments in the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and in the evolution of trade policy under that agreement.
